Launch of the TBE Sinubend Series & Wire Düsseldorf 2012


TBE is delighted to announce the launch of our latest highly innovative Machine Development - The TBE Sinubend Series, for the production of Complex Sinuous Wire Forms and related components at exceptional speeds and accuracy. This development will be on display at Wire Düsseldorf 2012 - at the TBE Booth - 16E16.

Building upon our existing Multiform and Multibend technology platform - which has seen significant enhancement in the past two years, including the addition of an integrated and exceptionally cost efficient Rotary Wire Straightening system, the TBE Sinubend Series represents an industry leading development that facilitates the accurate and exceptionally rapid production of Complex Sinuous Wire Forms and related components.

The TBE Sinubend Series offers prospective customers low cost tooling options and extreme flexibility - all key aspects of the general TBE Multibend series. With an increasing number of components now taking a Sinuous Form - this development is well placed to meet both current and future market demands as well as representing an optimal replacement for older equipment.

TBE is pleased to announce the launch of our latest, highly innovate development - The TBE Multibend, High Speed (MB-HS) series.

Representing a further significant refinement of our existing Multibend series technology, the MB-HS series has been developed to facilitate the production of very large volumes - which traditionally has only been feasible through the use of a mechanical machine.

The MB-HS series offers consistent, unparalleled production speeds whilst providing exceptional accuracy and end quality components. It also offers both low cost tooling options and broad flexibility - all key aspects of the general TBE Multibend series.

The TBE Multibend, High Speed series (MB-HS) machinery can produce components from a wire size, beginning at a diameter of 1.5 (MM).

Wire Dusseldorf - 2010


TBE were pleased to meet with many of our existing and new customers alike at the Wire and Tube Exhibition, in Düsseldorf during April, 2010.

We are also pleased to announce our expansion into South Africa and Poland, where we have recently sold a number of machines from our Multibend range of machinery.


On display at the exhibition was our very latest range of machinery. Moreover, our revolutionary optional combined rotary wire straightening system - TBE SRWS, was officially launched and on display.

Our range of Global representatives, from North America, South America and several regions across Europe were present during the week.

In addition, we have now updated our Product Range section of the website to include all promotional material that was made available during the exhibition.

Wire Düsseldorf 2008 Update


TBE were delighted to meet all of our customers at Wire Dusseldorf 2008.

On display was our latest development which is typically available from 2mm to 10mm.

This is a unique development which can incorporate multiform And multibend technology, giving low cost tooling, fast set up times, extreme flexibility and high production rates. Also on display was our latest computer and software technology which has been significantly enhanced recently.

Irish PM On Hand For TBE's New Software Launch


1st September, 2005

An Taoiseach, (The Irish Prime Minister) Mr. Bertie Ahern, visited T. Butler Engineering Ltd. at Fiddown to launch TBE's new software product.

The company is owned by Thomas and Joan Butler and was founded in 1988. They manufacture wire forming, spring making and special purpose machinery for the construction industry, computer, automotive, bedding and medical industry.

TBE's customers are based in Ireland, United Kingdom, France, Holland, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, United States, South America, Australia and New Zealand. They are the only Irish company to exhibit bi-annually at the Wire and Tube show in Dusseldorf, Germany.

An Taoiseach (The Irish Prime Minister) visited TBE to launch their new software which they have developed themselves. This is new technology and it will give TBE a major advantage in the market place for special projects.

Even in the hard times you were able to identify niches in the market and hone your skills in order to meet demand in the manufacturing industry.
