Latest News Update TBE were pleased to meet with many of our existing and new customers alike at the Wire and Tube Exhibition, in Düsseldorf during April, 2010.
On display at the exhibition was our very latest range of machinery. Moreover, our revolutionary optional combined rotary wire straightening system - TBE SRWS, was officially launched and on display. Our range of Global representatives, from North America, South America and several regions across Europe were present during the week. In addition, we have now updated our Product Range section of the website to include all promotional material that was made available during the exhibition. _________________________________________________________________________________________________
The “Costinha Metallurgical Industry Ltda.”, also known as “IMC”, is a Family Company which has been in business since 1964 & has a strong reputation for quality built machinery and reliable service, offering advanced technology for wire, bars and tube equipment for the metal industry. The Headquarters & Manufacturing facility are located in São Caetano do Sul, in the south-east region of Brazil, a strategic point near São Paulo city and approximately 65km (40miles) away from the Sea Port of Santos, which is the main entry & exit port in South America. With over 1500 machines and devices sold, the company has exported to many countries in Latin America and is currently aiming to expand sales on a more global basis. TBE have appointed “IMC” as the exclusive distributor for TBE Machinery in the Brazilian market.This new partnership is being launched at the TUBOTECH EXPO in São Paulo, Brazil from the 6th-8th of October, 2009 - at which TBE will be present on the “IMC” stand. _________________________________________________________________________________________________

This is a unique development which can incorporate multiform And multibend technology, giving low cost tooling, fast set up times, extreme flexibility and high production rates. Also on display was our latest computer and software technology which has been significantly enhanced recently._________________________________________________________________________________________________
The company is owned by Thomas and Joan Butler and was founded in 1988. They manufacture wire forming, spring making and special purpose machinery for the construction industry, computer, automotive, bedding and medical industry. TBE's customers are based in Ireland, United Kingdom, France, Holland, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, United States, South America, Australia and New Zealand. They are the only Irish company to exhibit bi-annually at the Wire and Tube show in Dusseldorf, Germany. An Taoiseach (The Irish Prime Minister) visited TBE to launch their new software which they have developed themselves. This is new technology and it will give TBE a major advantage in the market place for special projects.
Even in the hard times you were able to identify niches in the market and hone your skills in order to meet demand in the manufacturing industry. And, today that is evident in the launch of your new software that will enable you to write your own machine codes and develop customised software for your clients. "Small businesses, such as T.
